The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, very well maintained, elegant decoration, you have privacy, the location is perfect: just a few steps from the beach. The staff try their best to be attentive, despite some are naturally friendly (like Rosemary, Joshua and the man that learnt chess with my kids ☺️) but others are not so in a good mood. Service depends on people… but in general you feel that the aim of the hotel is make the guests feel comfortable and happy on their holidays. Keep up the good job.

Absolutely incredible location. The all inclusive package was truly a deal. Excellent value for money. The resort even provided my son with a child’s bike he could ride around the resort. We only had one small issue and was resolved immediately and a complimentary massage was given as an apology. Absolutely beautiful from start to finish. We will be back (and we never say that 😊).

Amazing, classy hotel with a great sense of style and relaxation! Food is fantastic and varied, staff is exceptional! Overall a wonderful experience to be done again!

amazing service (Thomas the butler would go out of his way to get us what we needed). food was great. entertainment was lovely, but wish it was everynight! beach was not so great. - unlike nungwi beach.

Went with my two young boys and husband, and it was the perfect stay. The staff were so friendly and the hotel is gorgeous! The sand at the beach is really white.
